Specialist for subsidy applications (m/f/d/e)

Commercial employee: Your field of activity includes the sustainable maintenance and intensification of existing and long-term customer relationships as well as the systematic recording of new customers. Subsidy Application Specialist : The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing best-in-class service to our international clients and ensuring that all client enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. This role involves handling client enquiries via telephone, completing the required application information and compiling the necessary documentation for subsidy applications. The specialist will also provide expert advice to clients on how to prepare the required information to secure subsidies, conduct client interviews via video call and communicate effectively with colleagues from partner companies.

In addition to these duties, the specialist will prepare detailed reports upon request from management and ensure that all information is submitted correctly and on time.

The successful candidate will have excellent language skills in German, French and English, enabling them to serve international clients and collaborate effectively with global colleagues. While a background in finance or customer service is an advantage, we place particular emphasis on a high level of accuracy, particularly in adhering to workflows and handling documents.

We are looking for someone who is motivated to work with international clients and willing to continuously learn and expand their knowledge in the grants and funding field. The ability to work independently combined with outstanding communication and collaboration skills is essential. A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to manage tasks with precision are crucial to success in this role.
