Processing fee: Our fee is calculated based on the amount of savings we can achieve for your project. This way, you have a predictable cost calculation and your risk is limited to the stated minimum fee.
Minimum fee: It is important to us that we can support small projects with our service and do so with all our commitment. That is why we charge the stated percentage rate, but at least the minimum fee. The minimum fee is due upon commissioning and is later credited to the processing fee upon receipt of the approval notice .
Processing time: Speed often plays a major role and the processing by the authorities cannot always be precisely influenced. However, due to our extensive experience, we always achieve one of the shortest processing results through good preparation. However, the processing time listed here is the time until the documents are submitted. In other words, the time in which we work on this project.
Reimbursement of costs: If we accept a customer order and are unable to achieve any savings for you, we will promptly refund the costs we have charged.
Language: The language in which our staff will work with you. The forms will be completed in the language requested by the grantor, if this is not your preferred language, you will receive a translation of the details that are important to you.
